Remedial Massage
Ease tension, support recovery and keep you moving well.
Hands-on care
that makes a difference.
Our therapists take the time to understand what you're dealing with before treatment, ensuring every session is tailored to what your body needs on the day.
In good hands
Remedial massage is a focused, therapeutic treatment for the muscles, tendons and connective tissue that affect how you move and feel. Rather than general relaxation, it works to find what's behind your tension or pain — easing tight muscles, supporting recovery, and helping your body move more freely. It also works especially well alongside chiropractic care.
Our remedial massage therapists hold a Diploma of Remedial Massage — training grounded in anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology. That clinical foundation is what sets remedial massage apart from a general massage: your therapist can work out where your pain is actually coming from, then treat and manage it accordingly.
Some of our therapists are also qualified in dry needling and myofascial cupping — adding more tools to tailor each session to your body.
Depending on what you're dealing with, treatment may help ease stress-related tension, improve circulation to support recovery, reduce swelling, and improve muscle flexibility and joint range — though results vary from person to person.
