Chiropractor Servicing The Ponds
Warm, hands-on care for our The Ponds neighbours — a short drive away in Glenhaven.
A familiar place, just up the road.
We see lots of patients from The Ponds — young families, professionals, retirees and weekend athletes — and we love being part of the wider Hills community. Whether you're coming in for a niggle, an old injury, or just to feel more like yourself again, we're glad you've found us.
We're an integrated clinic — chiropractors, remedial massage therapists, podiatrist and kinesiologist, all under one roof.
What to Expect When You Visit
Whether it's your first time or you've been with us for years, our approach is the same — we take the time to listen, assess properly, and tailor your care to what your body actually needs.
Initial consultations run 45–60 minutes. We take a full history, assess how you're moving, and start treatment on the same day so you leave with both a plan and some relief.
Hands-on adjustments, dry needling, cupping and rehab — we tailor your care to what suits you, not a one-size-fits-all script.
We're open Saturdays until 2pm, so you don't always have to fit us in around work.
